Deborah (new) CROP         Deborah Gibson

Deborah Gibson has worked for the Wm. S. Hart Union School District for the past 24 years. She is currently at West Ranch High School where she has served as Secretary to the Assistant Principal’s office.

Deborah has also been the Color Guard Director at Saugus High School for the past 25 years as well as Administrative Assistant to the Band Director at Saugus High School. She coordinates special events such as competitions, performances and tours for the Instrumental Music Program at Saugus. Debby also serves as the coordinator for the Hart District Honor Band Tabulation Department.

Deborah is the Vice President of Records for the Winter Guard Association of Southern California. She has been involved with the Winter Guard Activity and Drum Corp activity for over 35 years.

Michelle serves Assistant Director of the Central Region for Soccer Shots Central Los Angeles. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with degrees in Marketing and Public Speaking, Michelle enjoys using her marketing and project management experience to launch Soccer Shots programs throughout the Santa Clarita Valley.

Michelle is an avid supporter of Kick4Life, an amazing organization that is “changing lives through sports” by delivering HIV education to orphans and vulnerable children in Lesotho, South Africa. A runner and athlete all of her life, Michelle has just begun running marathons. Michelle’s husband Bill works for Lockheed Corporation and she is the mother to two soccer playing sons.

Joe is the owner of JRP Designs, a graphic design company based in Southern California. A life-long creator and designer for youth pageantry programs including dance teams and color guards, Joe is also an in-demand adjudicator for dance and performance competitions across the country.

Joe is on the management team of the world-famous Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps from Rosemont, Illinois, serving as tour manager and on special projects, including the celebration of the corps’ 60th Anniversary and the Cavaliers Anniversary Corps.

Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art from California State University-Northridge.
